Login NAV must use run as diff user

NAV Three Tier
Hi all,
my customer is using nav 2018
RTC
but some of the users must login using Run as Diff user
even though they will key in same domain\userid and password, then they can login
but if only double click, nav wont recognized.
any advise?

Sounds like you sid from Active directory have been changed from what you uses computer thinks they have and what NAV have.
For help, do not use PM, use forum instead, perhaps other people have the same question, or better answers.

I think so..
a couple weeks ago, customer changed their internet provider
and some of the network has changed.
I will try to delete users and re-add back.
not sure this will works or not

Is sounds more Sander said. You can use windows credentials, that way the user and password would be that instead of the session.

i am using windows credential.
after i remove and readd back user
still failed.

Please check what windows security identifier (SID) on the machine, and check them in NAV does these two match?
For help, do not use PM, use forum instead, perhaps other people have the same question, or better answers.

After i delete the user and then re add baxk the user... Is different SID
