Hi,
I have a question regarding Page 7195 Connect Online.
One of the users on NAV 2018 has profile Accounting Manager which supports the Connect Online feature.
However, the Connect Online part displays 'Cannot connect to the content server', see attached ConnectOnline.png
There is no issue in the internet connection.
Can I please get some help here?I am not sure how Connect Online works.
