Error when trying to post/receive a Transfer Order

We have a transfer order that has been fully shipped, upon trying to post and receive this it comes up with an error

"lot No. is required for item ???"

This line for the item specified in the error has a lot No. assigned, we cannot receive it due to this one line outstanding.

Any Ideas what could be causing this?

    Has this been resolved? I have had the same issue a couple of times. The inventory of part of it remains stuck in the in-transit bin with no way to receive it to the destination location

    Hello! We are having the same problem and unfortunately, we can't post/close those transfer orders as it says we still have to receive inventory but then the inventory is stuck in the in-transit location. So far we can't fix it and orders continue pilling up. There is no pattern to look at, it happens randomly. If anyone can help, that will b great!

    you should check receving/sending quantity against lots quantity, you should have a difference
