Select a Dimension Value Code for Dimension Code ...

Hello. I've been encountering an error when posting a Purchase Order stating "Select a Dimension Value Code for Dimension Code ...". I also checked different forums and tried the solutions there but unfortunately the error still exists. I also checked the dimensions both in the document header and lines, and it has a value in the Dimension Value Code. Line Type is G/L Account, and Value Posting is Code Mandatory. I not quite sure if it is actually a bug or it's a setup issue because the error did not exist until now. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
