NST memory high usage

Hi everybody,
We encounter a memory high usage problem in NST servers.
NST process memory usage continue growing without release the memory.
The only solution for resolve this problem is to restart the NST services.
Is someone encounted to this problem and can help us to resolve it ?
Technical information:
- 5 windows 2016 servers with 4 vCPUs and 20 GB memory running on VMWare vSphere 6.5. The issue occurs on all servers. We have another NSTs servers for different usage and the problem does not occur. The problem is only for NST for windows client users.
- NST platform version is CU30. Application version is CU4.
- Job queue runs on another NST and there is no memory problem with it.
- There is no another services running on the servers, there are dedicated for NST.
- We have 200-250 users working at the same time.
