CREATE TABLE statement out of navision table

Hello!
I want to export some data by using ADO from my navision-db to an external database which is a sql server 2000.
Is there a tool or another possibility to create a sql file that contains a CREATE TABLE statement out of my navision-table?
So i wouldn't have to create the table for my own, because the table on the external db is actually exactly the same like my navision table...
