Partial revaluation is not considered

Hi,
Does anyone know why a partial reassessment was not considered in the average cost calculation?
I have an item reevaluated earlier, I can see in the Value Entry that a partial reassessment of the field is True.
When I add this item to the review magazine and use the "inventory value calculation" function, all "partial reevaluation" are not part of the average cost calculation.
I have not been able to explain this problem yet, so I need your help. All contributions I would like to thank sincerely
