HOW TO CHANGE STATUS JOURNALS

Hello Team,

I'am new to MS Dynamics NAV and am using MS Dynamics NAV 2018. I just got a request from a client that i should Add column for Status so that it should show "Open" when its new, "Approval Pending" when Submitted for approval and "Released" when approved.

The system was developed already and am required to modify it. Table 81 and Page 256 are the ones in use, I have added status option in table 81 and included it on page 256, remaining with the functionality.

Kindly Help with a solution.
