How do i upgrade to BC CU2

I have downloaded the new Business Central and want to upgrade my database.
I follow normal procedure, stop the service and connect to the database using the finsql development client and get the warning that the database will be converted; please confirm.
But as soon as I confirm I get an error stating that there are tenant records for NAV-app. All extensions must be removed before upgrading the database.
I've tried uninstall and unpublish, but I still get the error. It is as if the upgrade process requires me to synchronize after I have removed the apps, but then I lose all data...
Am I doing something wrong, or do we still need to write entire upgrade codeunits for each extension, moving all the data, just because we want the newest update from Microsoft? I thought the whole idea behind the extensions was so that we could keep the core database updated at all times.
The existing database is a clean CU1 (build 32600)

Before upgrading to CU2 uninstall all installed APP (Do not unpublish), then follow the normal upgrade procedure and reinstall :-)
(I have not tryed it on CU2 but for RTM to CU1 this was my way)

Sometimes it is just a matter of RTFM! When it says uninstall all app; it means ALL not just your own...
