how to validation of field from other table?

hello experts,
on page i have field on line level. i want to validate it as when value is 0 error massage is there can not enter 0 .
now as it is document page pagepart consist other page which having source table sub order comp. list.
now this table not having field which i want. it is in table production order component. so i need to take that field on source table sub order comp. list. and then validate i don't know how?please guide me thank you.
