SMTP setup does not exist - NAV email

Hello,
I have a strange problem with a Topic of a notification emails. Did you experience something similar?

1) SMTP setup is ok in NAV, i.e. Test email is sent without problem
2) Workflow is created: every Sales Orders status change into Released generated notification email to me
3) But the notification email:
- is not sent from general email setup in SMTP setup
- is sent from requestor user ID (a person who Released document)
- has a strange topic: SMTP Setup Does not exist
