How to consume a webservice with XMLports and HTTP POST

I am following this topic https://forum.mibuso.com/discussion/23618/how-to-consume-a-webservice-with-xmlports-and-http-post. And follow the example of the article. But it is impossible to run the error program.
Microsoft Dynamics NAV : Streams cannot be used with client-side invoked automation objects. OK
I know this is a long topic but it is necessary for me to work. I read to the end of the article, and there is an opinion of the @kine member as follows:
"as in error described. You cannot use the ".save" when the automation is Client-side."
I can see that with NAV 2013, Automation solution is not best and often error.
Can the code in this article be transferred to Dot Net? Please give me a solution about the corresponding Dot Net vs Automation functions in this article.
