Why Send to Excel is not enabled in few pages of Dynamics NAV?

Hi All,
We have been facing an issue on Send to Excel functionality of Dynamics NAV. For few few pages, Microsoft Excel option is grayed out where as word, print and attachment options are fine. Mostly, worksheet type pages are missing the Send to Excel option. But the same worksheet page in Cronus database is absolutely fine and we are able to export the data without any problem.
Please help me with this issue if anyone had come across the similar issues and resolved the same.
Thanks,
Jithin.

Hi,
Just a wild guess, since i've had similar issues before.
Is the page a standard object or are there customizations?
Some properties such as "ShowAsTree" disable the Excel functionality in some Versions of NAV.
Try to import the standard page and try again.
If there are no modifications to the page ... well then I don't know either.

Hi Wisa,
I had done the same. Send to Excel option is greyed out even after imported the standard object. It seems something need to be done in general setup, not in page level.
Thanks,

Hi Jithin,
Which pages are we talking about? Which NAV-Version exactly?
Whats the value of "MaxRowsToExportToExcel" in your CustomSettings.config (server side)?

In my experience you can just use from the left top menu, the blue "V" the print and send to Excel.1

Hi Wisa,
Sorry for the late reply.
I am facing this issue on Bin Contents page (7374), version NAV 2017.
"Max Data Rows Allowed to Send to Excel" is set to MaxValue in Server Instance. Do you mean the same?
Thanks,
