Development Environment is not opening nav2016?

when i click on development environment it load 3 to 4 seconds(loading sign round circle)and then nothing happens i can't find solution on this any help from friends please.

Try delete the "%appdata%\fin.zup" en open finsql.exe again.

It probably must be due to some incorrect customization which is causing the app to crash. You need to revert the last customization you did, restart the services and check again. I have also faced this issue once previously, it was due to some improper customization. It re-started after reverting the customization and then I did it again properly.

Did you try opening dev environment as run as administrator?

yes sachin still no effect

@mdsr the only thing left what i think is to take a database backup then repair navision or reinstall it then it will work for sure.
