Hey,
is it possible to adjust Unit Cost on items, that has type of Non-inventory or service?
we have a customer that cannot do it, when item ledger entry has been created.

No, this is not possible. Only FIFO is possible when using an item that has a type other than Inventory. FIFO method doesn't allow you to change the unit cost if Item legder entry's are created.5
