Fixed Asset Disposal - FA Ledger Entries do not sum up to zero

Hallo Dear Experts,
When I post the Disposal in FA GL Journal for the specific Fixed Asset (lets say it is a broken laptop which we throw away), I expect that after posting there will be no value assigned to the asset in FA Ledger Entries, i.e. sum of FA Ledger Entries is Zero.
But posting produces the line with type Gain/Loss, which has amount = Aquisition Cost - Depreciation, and then the whole sum of FA Ledger entries is the same as before.
How do I make it Zero in the end?
