I try to setup a workflow in Nav 2016.
Thru a workflow response, I would like to change the value of a field in the Table. For example, when a specific workflow step is achieved on the Customer Table, I would like to uptade the 'Phone Number' field with 'OK'.
Does anyone know if it is possible ?
Within the workflow, there is a standard response called "Apply The new values" where it is possible to specifiy a field name, but no new value, and I don't really understand how this response works.

This response is used in processes that are started when the user changes the record and applies the modified values in the entry.
In NAV there is no standard response for your case. it is necessary to write your extension of workflow processes
