How to take values from Item Template Card

Hi everyone.
I would like to take values from Item Template Card so that I don't have to assign them that way: Items.VALIDATE(Description,Processor) but something like that Items.VALIDATE(Desciption,[Value from field "Processor" from Item Template Card named Processors]. Do you have any tips for me? Thanks in advance
