How to modify workflow to send Approved Notification in D365 BC Saas

Hi,

I have setup workflows for PO approvals, all notifications work other than when the request is approved, a response to originator is not sent to say it has been approved, this is on Business Central Saas.

Any ideas on how this can be setup?

    You can check if your workflow sends the notification

    You need to go through basic steps to setup workflows, once you have done that then only you can solve issues your own

    The workflow sends notifications, and does so for all notifications including rejected requests however, doesn't appear to for "approved" notifications.

    Would have thought the highlighted entry would send the notification but it does not?

    no that does not sends approved notification to the initiator but only sends notification to approver to take action.
