Hello,
Outlook synchronization 'works' on our Navision 3.7 box, except synching with the workstations takes aprox. 10 - 15 mins each time. Anyone have suggestions to speed up the process?

bucket of pooh IMHO.
We had it installed and running for a while then it started to do what you are experiencing. We got rid.
How many contacts/todos do you operate with? Which stage of the batchjob takes longest time?
It is a bit difficult to talk about "bad performance" without any figures
