Do you have Employee Portal, Commerce Portal for W1 4.0

Dear sir,

We would like to install Employee Portal, Commerce Portal for W1 4.0,
and we have 2 questions here:

1. BUT we cannot find the sofeware in W1 4.0 CD.
Do you know where I can get it?

2. We do have W1 3.7 sofeware by installing Windows 2000 sp4 for User Portal and Commerce Portal. What if we use Windows XP? Could it also work?

Employee Portal is for 4.x, not for 4.0

Employee Portal is part of SP1, which is scheduled to be released later this year.
