Import Data in Chinese

Hi,
I have been given an excel file in which the data is partially in Chinese characters. I need to port it the same way as few of the users will view and key the data in the Chinese language. We have the SQL server setup.
My doubts are:
1. Where do I find the *.flm file for chinese language and How do I tranlsate them?
2. If I need to port the data in chinese what is that I need to do.
3. Is there any tools available in Navision for this ?
As the Multi language manual is not much comprehensive, I request some one to help me out or give me some guidelines in this.
