How do I render a NAV WebClient in "Google Chrome" with TLS 1.0 & 1.1 disabled on the IIS Server

We are having an issue with displaying NAV WebClient in "Google Chrome", Firefox & Opera with TLS 1.0 & 1.1 disabled on the server where NAV & IIS are running.

The web page is showing the error shown below with "Google Chrome":

However, this same web site could display without any problem in "Microsoft Edge" and "Internet Explorer".

Besides the fact that TLS 1.0 & 1.1 are disabled on the IIS Server, the 'Root' certificate being used with the web site has its "Signature Hash Algorithm" set to sha256.

However, the same issue was experienced even when the 'Root' certificate being used with the web site has its "Signature Hash Algorithm" set to sha1.

We are wondering how best the issue could be resolved.

Thanks.
