Procedure to Upgrade the NAV to Dynamics 365 Business Central

Can you please provide me the Upgradation procedure from NAV(2016,2017) to Dynamics 365 Business Central?

But I need to Upgrade it to Business central Online, not on premises.

Can you please give a solution.
