Hello team, am trying to send an email to users on the same server. I get a pop up message that the mail has been sent, however the users don't see it in their inbox.
What could be the issue? I need a quick fix...Thanks

YOur SMPT setups are correct?
Re-verify it and try it with basic authentication.

What does the log on your SMTP server say?
For help, do not use PM, use forum instead, perhaps other people have the same question, or better answers.
