Second XML declaration line in XMLport

I have imported a XML schema and made a XMLport as an extension in AL (NAV 2018), but I need to insert a second XML declaration row and can't figure out how to do it.
After the standard <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="no"?> I need a row looking like this <?POSTNET SND="5566081716" SNDKVAL="30" REC="5561474254" RECKVAL="30" RECROUT="LOGISTICS" MSGTYPE="TRPBOOKING"?>
Any sugestions on how to accomplish this?
