can anybody tell me how to call shellapi function SHBrowseForFolder ?
or is there a better method to call SelectFolder dialog ?

You might want to trying calling OpenFile in codeunit 412:
txtFilePath := cuCommonDialog.OpenFile(WindowTitle,Defaultfilename,DefaultFileType,FilterString,Action);
