Extensions 'disappear' from Menu in NAV 2018 CU8

When restarting the services, all the extensions, red side below, are visable in the menu. When an error occures in the services, or another cause we haven't found yet, a part a these extensions disappear from the menu.
Solution : restart the service(s) and everything is normal again.

Is there another fix for this?
