i've tried to open navision Atain and i get this error"Internal error 2 in module 10".I've reinstalled Navision and i got the same error!
Can somebody tell me what can i do and why i got this error.
I've deleted those files and i've still got this error and i don't think has anything to do with the database because i've tried to open a sql database and i could'nt .
i've tried what you forwarded to me but it didn't worked.I can not open anything,i receive this message one after another ,then Navision opens, and when i try to open a database it gives me the same error and then i can't do nothing!
Thanks but it didn't worked! i guess i will reinstall the OS!
Are u sure u erased fin.zup file?
This error comes when the tab of forms is too big, it is usually done by user and user settings are in fin.zup. You must find all fin.zup files and delete them.
If that doesn't work, then one of your forms has a problem and reinstall of anything will not help. The problem is in object in Database, although, I never heard that somebody managed to corrupt form object in that way.
Could it be that the *.zup file is not named "fin.zup" because you desktop shortcut has the command line parameter "id=whatever"?
Then you must delete the whatever.zup instead of the fin.zup.
Comments
Try the following:
- delete the fin.zup
- if exists, delete the fin.dmp from the client folder
- run a database test

Search for a *.dmp file (fin.dmp) and delete it?
as suggested in the link
try to uninstall the client again & re-install it using another directory.
