Excel Rendering Extension : Number of rows in the Excel sheet exceeded the limit of 65536 row

Hello Friends,

I am using Excel 2010 and Dynamics NAV 2009R2 but using the classic. When I do the export to excel in a report I am getting following error.

An error occurred during local report processing.
An error occurred during rendering of the report.
An error occurred during rendering of the report.
Excel Rendering Extension : Number of rows in the Excel sheet exceeded the limit of 65536 row

This could be happened if I user excel 2007 or old version. But As I read on Internet, this limitation not in excel 2010.

Is there any solution for this?

I had 2007 and upgraded into 2010. But still same error appearing.
