I understand limited users have limited rights to write on certain tables but does it mean they can approve documents in NAV

So if I am a limited user in the system and I am setup as an approver I can be able to approve.

@Developer101 Approving a document requires following table modifications 1. Updating Approval Entry table, 2. Updating the approved record, 3. Updating Workflow Step Instance, 4. Updating Archived Workflow Step Instance 5. Delete Record Restriction, 6. Write Notification Entry and 7. Write Sent Notification Entry

If approval is not 'final' and goes to higher level approve minimum required modifiactions include tables 1, 3, 6 and 7.

I'd say that's more than 3 tables allowed under Limited user, although I admit I've never tried this (approving a document while logged as a limited user) myself

@Slawek_Guzek hi, I had tried user with limited license type but having super permissions and it works (I assume it will work for less permission as long as user has right permissions on right tables) . I must admit I am not sure what exactly limited user entails
