Cannot Split Line Error on journals copied from Excel

Copy journal lines in from Excel copy. It seems to add the lines in different order and if you continue on and say ok (on a few occasions)it ends up leaving some of the lines out.

When trying to post the copied journal I see the cannot split line error.

How can I edit the Excel file to copy properly?

This error is probably caused by lot no./serial no. or reservation reason. Your lines should be ordered to post positive (receipts) lines first.
