NAV administration tool couldnt load after installing NAV2013 service tier on server 2012 R2.

Hi All,

I have a new installed server 2012R2 for the service tier off NAV2013.
Now every time I want to open the NAV administration tool, i got an error message 'MMC could not create the snap-in', with exception type System.TypeInitializationException.

do i need to upgrade to NAV2013 R2?

no you dont need to upgrade to nav 2013 r2. some issue could you try uninstalling admin tools and reinstalling.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and its still the same error.

However, when both the database and the service tier were on the same server, everything works fine, but now I'm installed the database on a separate server, and the service tier on another server, and I started to have this error.
