Hi guys,
A friend updated OS from windows7 to windows10,
the error message appeared when he tried to create the invoice report.
Is there anyone can kindly let me how to slove the issue.

Word and Excel file is fine.
I'm running NAV 2017, but the guy got the problem is using an old version. Is the old version of NAV not compatible with windows10?
Can you show us the error message while transforming invoice to PDF?
Did you check an error message in EventViewer?
The message shows:
rendering output for the report failed
and the following error occured: an error occured during rendering of the report.
The issue is when he was trying to transform the voice into PDF, the
error happens.
Any suggestion?
Is there any error in the event view?
Can other client run the report?
