In NAV2017 there is an option on the Sales Quote, called 'Send by Email'.
Does anyone know if the text-message in the template is being saved after an email is sent? Currently the previous text-message is not showing in the email template when trying to send a new email. One of our customers was saying that that used to work in their previous build of NAV2017 (CU-2). They are currently on NAV2017, build CU-24.

Save your template text-message by AutoText' in Outlook then while your are sending an email from 'Send by Email', select 'Edit in Outlook' option, so you can use AutoText function to generate your text-message.
