Hi,
You should start by reading the Getting started with AL.
There is a lot of description of how-to:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/dev-itpro/developer/devenv-get-started
For help, do not use PM, use forum instead, perhaps other people have the same question, or better answers.

you need to use snippets. if you start typing tproc then it will give you sample function syntax
