Do you have a system where this error does not occur, or a backup of the registry of a machine, where it once run?
Search the registry on that system for the GUID to find out, which component you are missing.
You can also use the NAV debugger. Run whatever causes the error. The debugger will be placed to the spot where the error occurred. The names of object, function and variable might give you a clue.
turn on your debugger and post a sreenshot when this happens. To open event viewer execute a eventvwr command, then look into Windows Logs/Application.
