How to make the approval user setup and work flow setup in 2017 for the following scenario

Scenario:
Step 1
sender 1 (A) is sending the approval request to the approver1 (c), A fter approved/rejected by approver2 (D), then ABC will receive the approved/rejected notification email Sneder (A).
Step 2
Sender (B) is sending the approval request approver1 (c), A fter approved/rejected by approver2 (D), , then DEF should receive the approved/rejected notification email not the ABC. Sneder (B ).
May be ABC already left the company.
Step 1
