Flow feature with Dynamics 365 Business Central

in NAV Three Tier
Hi,

I have installed CU01 Dynamics 365 Business Central on premise version for AU on my laptop.
I would like to explore the feature of flows on Item card. Please see the below picture.
Its asking for Azure Authorization. I created trail account in azure and authorized the "Windows Azure Service Management API".
But still not working. anybody worked with flows with business central on-premise. Can anybody advise on this. Thank you.
