Partial Offset Invoice?

Is there any way we can use 1 payment to partially offset few invoice? Means if the payment is 10000, can we offset invoice 1 (5000(Inv Amt) - 1000(Offset Amt)) and invoice 2 (10000(Inv Amt) - 9000(Offset Amt))? The payment is the deposit for few transactions invoiced to us.
