Repairing NAV 2015

Hi Experts,
I need some expert suggestion. I am facing some issue while setting up Web Client for NAV 2015.
As I have created a new Service and want to add that service to web server components.
So what I think, first I need to repair the web client through Repair the NV. Will it cause any issue for current running Application
And how can i link a different service to a web client ?
