Date format in NAS Job Queue

Hi everyone,
We have an issue with date format in our NAV job queue. Currently the format that we want is:
yyyy-mm-dd
and the NAS is giving
mm/dd/yy
I have try to change regional settings, language for non unicode program, change language in NAV server console.
Anyone have an idea ?
