How to create a folder in nav without automation?

Hai all,
I will run a code unit in job queue. In Job Queue automation variable is not allowed. So that there is a another way to create a folder in nav.

Have you tried to use .NET? The following should work.
Name DataType Subtype
Directory DotNet System.IO.Directory.'mscorlib, Version=4.0.0.0
Directory.CreateDirectory('c:\temp');
