Credit & Collection Setup is not existing in Nav 2018

Hi everyone,

I'm new here and just like to ask why credit and collection setup doesn't exist in my Nav 2018. Hope you help me here.

Other Information:
1. NAV Version W1 11.0 11.0.19394.0
2. I planned to follow this instruction in this link:

Thank You Sir... Do we have this kind of approach or system in Nav 2018? I mean editing of aging report. We do have the standard report but the format is not matched with what we need.
