Save as Type not pulled through when using the Save Option after Print

Had this problem occur multiple times, When completing a Statement, I am trying to save it as a PDF 
It Brings up this Option
When clicking Save, No save as Type is allowed to be selected
If selected to Save, It comes through as a Blank File
The same process does not work for both saving as a Word Doc or as a Excel File
Adding the file Name at the end when saving works, as well as clciking Open opens the file correctly in the correct format.
Confused to where the error would be.
