"Print to Excel" option missing on the print dialog NAV 2017

I have a particular client where the option to print to Excel appears to be missing. I can go to a page and send to Excel, so there is no difficulty with the Excel installation, and no errors when bringing up a page in Excel, I just cannot print a report to Excel. I'm running a multi-service tier environment and I have other clients with the same version that can print to Excel so I suspect this is an option somewhere but I cannot find it.

Does anybody happen to know what I need to do to enable this?
