Sometimes Client cannot login, service is running all time....

Dear all,
First @all , I wont to say Hello to all colleagues, and to say, thanks God I found this Site – I already see what I learn here, its very encourage for me.
I have BIG problem:
In Nav 2015-7.1.49751.0
I have many instances, and many users, they all working fine, but sometimes JUST STOP, client cannot login.
Sometimes it take 5 minutes, sometimes 1m, sometimes 30 minutes.
I restart services, but same….he stop and start to work by himself – Service Running all time, not STOP in anytime...
I have 3 different error-warnings in events log - repeated
If someone with more expiriance can help - what to try -I lose many ours on this.
