Customize new entity integration from Dynamics 365 Business Central to Dynamics 365 for Sales

Hi All,
I am doing some hands-on practice to check the possibility of Business Central and Dynamics 365 for Sales (CRM Online) integration. After performing the steps integration works with the default setup. Further, I like to perform certain customization like add a new entity in synchronization. For that I decided to follow: Walkthrough: Customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales Integration in Dynamics NAV (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics-nav/walkthrough--customizing-microsoft-dynamics-crm-integration-in-dynamics-nav#creating-an-integration-table-mapping-for-synchronizing-dynamics-365-for-sales-campaigns-and-dynamics-nav-campaigns)
During this exercise, I came across scenarios where the required publisher event is not available in CU 5150 and CU 5334. I don’t have the Business Central October Release Preview version, so not sure this is available or not.
