In the Released Production Order--->Production Journal does anyone know why does NAV allow to Post output without a consumption. Also are there any implication of creating a modification that will force user to post consumption before posting an ouput.

Besides that NAV allow to post document to the past and only Entry No. in Item Ledger Entries brings a real sequence of posting.
