I have a PC with two different versions of NAV, 2009 RTC and 2017. My problem is that when I try to open, from NAV 2017, session page, system try to open it with NAV 2009 version and, of course, an error happens.
Did someone face a similar problem? Could someone help me with it?

If so you have probably installed NAV2009 RTC after NAV 2017 on yor PC. NAV registers a protocol handler in OS registry, which is then used by the OS to launch correct version of NAV client.
Open the registry editor, find HKCR\DYNAMICSNAV\Shell\Open\Command key, and duble check that the path in default ked's value poins to correct file/folder.
For NAV2017 it should look someting like this:
Dynamics NAV, MS SQL Server, Wherescape RED;
